Welcome
Horseshoe Bend Regional Library is the system headquarters for the ten public libraries located in Alabama's Coosa, Elmore, Lee, and Tallapoosa counties. We also run a bookmobile and library outreach service for those counties.
Passport information
The library is Tallapoosa County's passport acceptance facility.
Passports are accepted from 10 am - 3:30 pm Monday-Thursday and by appointment on Fridays.
